As part of the Talent Management process, Harrier regularly and routinely asks for feedback. We do this because it is one way of demonstrating Harrier's commitment to providing valuable services to both our clients and our candidates.
This isn't a soft metric though - it is one that is directly linked to the performance management processes within the Talent Pool.
We know that we still have more to do, but here are some comments that confirmed to us that we are on the right path.
