Tony Iannello

Chairman

Tony holds a number of non-executive directorships and advisory roles with a diverse group of companies.

He is Director of SP Ausnet and Chair of its Audit and Risk Management Committee; Chair of the MG Kailis Group of companies; Director of HBF Health Fund and its general insurance subsidiary; Member of the Council of Pacific Road Corporate Finance; Member of the Murdoch University Senate; and Chairman of Aviva Corporation.

Prior to embarking on a non-executive director career, Tony was managing director of Western Power Corporation. Previously he held a number of general management and senior executive positions at BankWest and was a chief driver of growth and change initiatives within the company.

Tony holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors; Senior Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia; and Fellow of the Australian Society of CPAs.

Bruce McCowan

Managing Director

Bruce is the founding Director of Harrier Resourcing People and has an extensive background in human resources and consulting. He has held senior executive appointments with HBOS Australia, BankWest and Gerard Daniels.

As head of Human Resources for HBOS Australia he reported directly to the CEO and was a member of the Executive Committee. He was responsible for all aspects of the HR function including OSH, employee relations, strategic sourcing, remuneration, HR consulting and organisational development.

Prior to establishing Harrier, Bruce held the positions of managing director of people resourcing strategies at Gerard Daniels.

He holds graduate and post graduate qualifications in Education and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
