Our History
Harrier was established in 2001 as a division of an executive search specialist. But we soon realised that the services we provided were distinctive from typical agency services. To truly differentiate ourselves, we needed to be autonomous.
We also realised that to properly service our Recruitment Outsourcing group and our clients, we needed an HR and Recruitment Talent Pool.
Harrier now provides an independent strategic Recruitment Outsourcing service, access to an exceptional HR and Recruitment Talent Pool and HR Consulting when required.
